Repair Guarantee

We design our jewellery to last, but we know life happens. If your piece breaks, we offer a repair service to help extend its life — and keep it in your rotation for years to come.

What’s covered

If your piece breaks by accident (for example, it gets caught on something or falls to the floor), we’ll repair it free of charge.
If the break happens due to wear and tear, water exposure, or damage from improper storage, we can still repair it, but a small fee may apply.

What’s not covered

We don’t offer full replacements or refunds for broken pieces. Because our jewellery is made using natural and recycled beads, we may not always be able to recreate your piece exactly as it was. But we’ll always do our best to keep the same spirit and tone.

How it works

1. Gather all the beads and pop them into the original pouch if you still have it.

2. Email beaded@constancestudio.com with a photo of the piece, your order number (if you have it), and a short note explaining what happened.

3. We’ll get back to you within a few days to confirm next steps, including any applicable repair fees.

4. Once received, repairs usually take 2–3 weeks to complete.

Custom pieces and remakes

We can also remake older designs or create something custom, depending on bead availability. Remakes usually take around 4 weeks. Custom designs take 6. Rush options are available for an additional fee.
