Constance Studio is a one-woman operation. Every piece is made by hand in Melbourne, in small batches. Nothing is mass-produced, and nothing is rushed.

Materials are sourced both locally and overseas, with a focus on semi-precious and precious stones, recycled beads, and high-quality glass. Each one is chosen for its tone, texture and longevity. If it doesn’t wear well, it doesn’t make the cut.

Because everything is assembled by hand, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. Those small differences? They’re part of the charm.

All pieces are ready to ship and usually leave our studio within 1 to 2 business days. From there, standard delivery within Australia takes between 2 to 8 business days, depending on where you are. Express shipping is also available at checkout if you need it quicker.

We also ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout. Customs or import fees may apply for some countries, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.

You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on the way. If you need help with timelines before placing an order, feel free to reach out.

Most of the time, yes. We’re able to recreate past designs or work with you on a custom piece. Just note that because many of our beads are natural, recycled or sourced in small quantities, we can’t guarantee an exact match. There will always be slight differences in colour, size or shape.

Remakes usually take around 4 weeks. Custom designs take around 6. If you need something sooner, we can often arrange a rush for an added fee.

Custom pieces are priced a little higher than our ready-to-ship range to reflect the extra time and sourcing involved. To chat about a remake or custom, just send us an email beaded@constancestudio.com or a DM.

Yes, we do. If you have something specific in mind — maybe a certain colour palette, a gift, or a tweak on a piece you’ve seen — we’re always happy to chat.

Because we use natural and recycled beads, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. There will always be slight variations, and that’s part of what makes them feel personal.

We don’t offer returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing your order. Each piece is made in small batches and packed with care, so we’re not set up for large-scale returns.

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. Email beaded@constancestudio.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

For repairs, remakes or custom adjustments, head to the Repair Guarantee

We want your jewellery to last—and we know that sometimes, life happens. If your piece breaks by accident (say, it gets caught on your bag strap or dropped on the floor), we offer a complimentary repair. All we ask is that you send the beads back in the pouch they came in, so we can reuse what we can and rebuild it properly.

For breaks that happen from extended wear, water exposure, or general mistreatment (we get it—jewellery ends up at the bottom of bags all the time), we still offer repairs, but a small fee may apply.
